Media Literacy Meets Play in iThrive Sim: Follow the Facts

Standards: iThrive Sim: Follow the Facts and its accompanying facilitator and lesson plans are aligned to core standards and content requirements at the state and national level, as well as to specific social and emotional learning goals.
Classroom Set-Up: This scenario offers roles for five students, which can be completed in four to five class periods. The planning for class time has already been done for you in the form of our lesson guides.
Curriculum: Follow the Facts comes with lesson plans and activities designed to support media literacy and social and emotional learning before and after the experience.
Tech: Play takes place on a web-based, device-agnostic platform and is available in any educational space or home with access to WiFi and a 1:1 device such as a laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. It's perfect for virtual learning, hybrid, and in-person classrooms.
