TEENS DESERVE OUR CARE AND COMMITMENT.
At iThrive Games, we are committed to advancing teen learning and supporting teen social and emotional health. We bring what we know and have discovered with teens to teams looking to reach and engage them meaningfully.
In line with our commitment and vision of ecosystems of care that support teen thriving, we bring our insight as learning science, game design, and adolescent development experts to nonprofit organizations, government agencies, libraries, museums, and research institutions to help them shape direct-to-youth solutions. Our Game Design Studio model, a participatory design approach we take with teens we design with and for, has created innovative games and interactive learning experiences, each envisioned with and for young people.
"AFTER THIS, I THINK ABOUT HOW GAMES CHANGE US. I REALIZE NOW THE CHANGE I CAN HAVE ON THE WORLD."

CO-DESIGN FOR IMPACT WITH OUR GAME DESIGN STUDIO MODEL
We use a strengths-based participatory design approach that pairs teens with learning-science-backed cognitive and creative tools that help them mine their genius and envision research and learning solutions alongside peers, subject matter experts, designers, and developers.Â
Our Game Design Studio model revolutionizes typical focus groups with co-design strategies that create a supportive context for discovery where teens feel safe, seen, and heard. The model helps them explore, unpack, and bring their insight to our game and experience design processes, ensuring what we create together is accessible and impactful.

"TODAY'S YOUTH ARE TOMORROW'S FUTURE. WHEN OUR CO-DESIGN APPROACH IS USED TO CREATE COMPELLING GAMES, TOOLS, AND LEARNING EXPERIENCES, IT DISRUPTS A LIMITING VIEW OF YOUNG PEOPLE AS JUST LEARNERS AND END USERS BY ENGAGING THEM FROM THE START AS SYSTEM THINKERS, INNOVATORS, AND THOUGHT PARTNERS TOO."
